Currently our facility includes 18,000 square feet under its roof. Our machine list is comprehensive and well suited to a variety of products, from the simplest 3-axis part to extremely complex 5-axis parts.

Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing software

Our personnel in the NC Programming Department is very capable and experienced, allowing us to tackle the most complex parts with various geometries. Our programmers have sufficient experience to provide 4 and 5 axis programming in various materials, as: aluminum alloys, brass, steels, titanium, plastics, etc.

AERO CHIP currently licenses seats of Unigraphics, CATIA, MasterCAM, CAMWorks and SolidWorks software. This diversity in CAD/ CAM system provides AERO CHIP, INC with the capability to be compatible with a lot of graphic systems and in conjunction with the use of many formats, so practically all customers can be accommodated.

CNC equipment

AERO CHIP uses first rate CNC machinery including: Deckel Maho, Mori Seiki, Hitachi Seiki, Hass, etc. Our machining capabilities is:

• MILL:    121” X-travel, 32” Y-travel, 30” Z-travel
• LATHE : 18” diameter and 40” length.

Our company owns more than 25 CNC machines, including:

• and 7 machines with 4 axis.

Resource Planning software

The JobBOSS software helps the company to manage their shopfloor, engineering, costing and quality control operations. AERO CHIP can creates accurate bills of material and work orders, compare costs, and perform delivery schedule.
